Track24 is a provider of services that are intended to increase the safety of our customers, their users, and in some cases, indirectly, the safety of members of the communities in which our users operate. This means that we often need to collect, securely store, and process personal data to help our customers identify, locate and contact individual users.

This policy describes what personal data we collect and how we use it, so that our customers and users can make informed decisions about using our services.

It encompasses all the services provided by us including our website, our web applications, mobile applications and sensors. These services are collectively referred to as our platform.

In doing so you will lose the Collision Response and Trip Details features of Smart24. Zendrive’s privacy policy is available at

Use of location data

We collect user location data and associated timestamps in order to help our customers answer questions such as ‘What is their last known location?’, ‘Where do they intend to travel?’, ‘What route will they take?’. The collection of this location data is intended to facilitate distance comparisons with places and regions that may be typically classified by our customers as safe or unsafe.

When supporting our customers, we may need to access the location data of users, and will do so only with our customers’ permission.

For drivers, we may continuously collect location and speed data in order to calculate measures such as scores that quantify the risk exposure of these users.
